Dr Cue provides a wide range of billiard accessories, cue services, and custom design solutions. All products and services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified without prior notice.

2. Quality & Specifications

We strive to offer high-quality products. Please note that colors, materials, and final designs of custom cues may slightly vary from displayed images due to the nature of handcrafted work.

3. Custom Orders

All custom design orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

4. Payment

Full payment must be completed before collecting products or starting any custom service. Accepted payment methods are those available in-store or agreed upon with the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Unused products may be returned or exchanged within the store’s specified period, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt.

6. Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

7. Liability

Dr Cue is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of products or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, logos, and branding related to Dr Cue are the exclusive property of the store and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
